3PC 1+2 sections

- We continue to finish and insulate the facade of the house.

- In the 2nd section, plastering works are underway in the apartments and common areas.

- In the 1st section, we have begun work on the installation of cement-sand screeds.

- We are installing the internal gas supply system (apartment by apartment).

- We continue to lay electrical networks in the 2nd section.

2PC 3+4+5 sections

- Works on laying the external and internal walls of the 4th and 5th sections of the 7th floor are in progress.

- The construction of the external and internal walls of the 7th floor of the 3rd section has been completed.

- We have completed the installation of floor slabs on the 6th floor.

- We are completing the concreting of the monolithic floor sections of the 4th and 5th sections of the 6th floor.

1PC 6+7 sections

- We have completed the waterproofing of the basement walls of the 6th and 7th sections.

- We have completed the masonry of the interior walls of the 6th and 7th sections of the 1st floor.

- Completed work on the laying of external and internal walls of the 6th section of the 2nd floor.

- Preparatory work is underway to arrange a monolithic reinforced concrete belt.
