The Aleut condominium association turned to Rubicon Holding with a request for thermal modernisation of an apartment building at 122 Sobornyi Avenue, Oleksandriia.

This is another of a number of apartment buildings in Kirovohrad region that are being insulated under the Energodom programme with the help of grants from the Energy Efficiency Fund.

Rubicon Holding's team of professionals performed the following types of work at the facility:

• a set of measures to modernise and equip the lighting system in the building's common areas;
• a set of measures to insulate and arrange external walls;
• replacement and/or repair of window and balcony units in apartments;
• insulation and glazing of existing balconies and loggias.

This project is another bright and successful case of modernisation of apartment buildings for our company. Its implementation was made possible, among other things, thanks to the courage and energy of the Chairman of the board of Aleut, as well as the professional actions of the highly qualified team of Rubicon Holding specialists.
