- We are completing the installation of a monolithic reinforced concrete belt on the 2nd floor of the 6th section.

- We are completing the laying of the walls of the 2nd floor of the 7th section.

- We continue to manufacture frames for the monolithic belt of the 2nd floor of the 7th section.

2PC 3+4+5 sections

- Installation of floor slabs on the 7th floor of the 5th section.

- Concreting of monolithic sections of the 7th floor of the 5th section.

- We have completed the installation of staircases, platforms and balconies on the 7th floor of the 5th section.

Prefabricated concrete block 1+2 sections

- We have completed the installation of entrance doors (apartment by apartment) in the first section.

- We are completing the installation of cement-sand screeds in the 2nd section.

- We are completing the installation of the internal gas supply system (apartment by apartment) in the 1st section.

- We have completed plastering works in apartments and common areas in the 2nd section.

- We have completed the installation of electrical networks in the 2nd section.

- We continue to work on insulation and facade decoration.
