Report from the developer on the construction works performed in Kyivskyi RC in October

1PC 6+7 sections

- We are completing the installation of floor slabs of the 7th section of the 1st floor.

- We have started concreting monolithic sections of the 1st floor.

- We have completed backfilling of the 6th and 7th sections.

2PC 3+4+5 sections

- We have completed the laying of external and internal walls of all sections of the 7th floor.

- We are starting to install the floor slabs on the 7th floor.

- We have started preparatory work on the arrangement of monolithic sections of the 7th floor.

Precast concrete sections 1+2

- Works on facade insulation and finishing are in progress.

- We are completing plastering works in apartments and common areas in Section 2.

- In section 1, we continue to install cement-sand screeds.

- We continue to install the internal gas supply system (apartment by apartment) in Section 1.

- We are completing the installation of electrical networks in the 2nd section.

- We are installing a sewage system for commercial premises in the basement of the house.
