Report from the developer on the construction works performed in Kyivskyi Residential Complex as of 18.04.2025

3PC 1+2 sections

• Installation of fencing of staircases of the first and second sections.
• We have completed the arrangement of the internal gas supply system and installation of gas meters in the first section.
• We started laying ceramic tiles in the common areas of the entrance group of the first and second sections.
• We have started interior finishing works in the entrance group of the first section (plastering of walls and ceiling, installation of plasterboard boxes).
• We are installing apartment water meters.
• We continue to work on the facade.

1PC 6+7 sections

• We are completing the installation of floor slabs in the seventh section.
• We have completed the concreting of monolithic floor sections on the 2nd floor of the sixth and seventh sections.
• Installation of staircases and landings on the second floor of the sixth and seventh sections.
• We are carrying out works on laying load-bearing walls on the third floor of the sixth and seventh sections.
