On 18 June 2026, at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine (CBU), Yevhen Ihorovych Novosyolov, founder and director of the property developer Rubicon Holding, was appointed as the CBU’s representative in the Kirovohrad region.

This recognition of his expertise marks a new level of responsibility for Rubicon Holding as a whole and for the company’s head in particular. Our team continues to work towards uniting the joint efforts of the business community, the authorities and international partners for the large-scale development of the construction market in the Kirovohrad region and throughout Ukraine.
