A year ago, we were approached by the initiative group of a complex whose construction had been frozen with a proposal to finance and complete the construction.

After a thorough analysis of the facility, negotiations with the previous developer and investors, we offered a solution that satisfied all stakeholders.

In the fall of 2024, the deal was successfully finalized, and now we are starting to work on the completion of all phases and houses. Our goal is to do everything possible to ensure that 1500 families receive the long-awaited keys to their homes as soon as possible.
