Report from the developer on the construction work carried out at the ‘Novi Teremky’ residential complex as at August 2026.

Phase 3

• Painting of the external walls has been completed on floors 2 to 15 inclusive.
• Work in the lift machine rooms and lift shafts has been completed, and the lift lobbies have been finished. Commissioning work is ongoing;
• Installation of electrical distribution boards is ongoing;
• Facade work is nearing completion;
• Painting of the stairwells from the 2nd to the 15th floors has been completed;
• The fire-extinguishing system is 95% complete;
• Landscaping has begun. Site planning and road formation are underway;
• The heat distribution unit, pumping stations and boiler room are ready for commissioning;
• Waterproofing of the basement has been completed.

Phase 4

• Concrete works are ongoing; two floors were poured during the reporting period;
• Installation of ventilation units is ongoing;
• We are continuing with the brickwork;
• Installation of the second crane for buildings 12–14 has been completed. Additional formwork kits have been purchased;
• Preparatory work is underway to reinforce the structures of Section 12.

Phases 5–7

• Work has been completed on constructing the embankment for the existing excavation (lake);
• Electricity has been connected to the site;
• A pump and auxiliary materials for water extraction have been purchased.
