Progress Report on Construction Work at the ‘Kovalivskyi’ Residential Complex for July 2026

The following work has been completed on the 3rd floor of Section 6:

• bricklaying of external and internal walls and bathroom partitions;
• concreting and installation of floor slabs and balcony slabs;
• reinforcement of monolithic sections and tying of reinforcement meshes.

On the 10th floor and the ground floor of Section 5, the following work was carried out:

• bricklaying of parapet walls (10th floor);
• installation of formwork, reinforcement and construction of monolithic beams and a monolithic ring beam (10th floor);
• construction of internal partitions from aerated concrete blocks (ground floor);
• tidying up of the construction site.

Cleaning of the premises and the inter-storey voids in Sections 5 and 6 is also continuing.

Construction work was carried out in accordance with the approved production schedule, complying with all technical requirements. Work on the site is proceeding in line with the construction schedule.
