Report from the developer on the construction work completed at the ‘Novi Teremky’ residential complex as of early April 2026.
Buildings of Phase 3
- Lift installation is continuing;
- Ceramic tiling is being laid in the common areas; only the top floor remains;
- We are installing pumping stations and individual heating units in Building 11;
- The cold water metering unit has been installed and sealed;
- Door installation is nearing completion; only the top floor remains;
- Work is continuing on the installation of the storm drainage system and the boiler room;
Buildings of Phase 4
- Concrete works are continuing on the 13th floor of sections 17 and 18;
- We are carrying out brickwork on the partition walls and perimeter walls in section 16.
