Report from the developer on construction work completed at the ‘Kyivskyi’ residential complex as of 18 May 2026.

Blocks 1 and 2

• We are finalising work on the landscaping of the surrounding area.
• We have installed the lift equipment in Section 1 and are continuing work in Section 2.
• We have completed the facade finishing work.
• We have installed the lightning protection system on the roof.
• We have connected the 0.4 kV external power supply networks to the building’s electrical switchboard.

2PC Sections 3+4+5

• We are continuing work on the finishing and insulation of the façade.
• We are carrying out work on the waterproofing of the building’s roof.
• We are continuing work on the bricklaying of internal partition walls between rooms and flats.
• We have completed the installation of foundation blocks for the basement entrance area

1PC Sections 6+7

• We have completed the installation of the monolithic reinforced concrete ring beam on the 5th floor of Section 7 and are continuing work on Section 6.
• We are completing the bricklaying of the external and internal walls of the 6th section on the 5th floor.
• We are carrying out work on the installation of floor slabs on the 5th floor of the 7th section.
