Report from the developer on the construction works performed in Novi Teremky as of the end of May 2025.

Stage 3:

• Electricity wiring in the 10th house is in progress.
• The installation of electricity in the 11th house has begun.
• The installation of water supply and heating systems in the building No. 10 is in progress, and next week the installation of the same in the 11th building will begin.
• Facade and finishing works on houses No. 10 and No. 11 are in progress.
• Installation of metal-plastic windows in building 10 is in progress.
• We have started laying the floor in the common areas of the 10th building.
• Work has begun on the masonry of walls in house No. 10.
• The installation of ventilation equipment on the roofs of houses 10 and 11 has been completed.

Stage 4:

• The analysis of the foundations and development of structural solutions to strengthen them are being completed.
• Additional measurements of the actual thickness of the foundations and the quality of the reinforcement were made.
• Cores were taken for further testing in buildings 12 and 13.
• Water was drained from the basements of the 4th stage.
• A tower crane has been installed.
• Platforms have been delivered to unload materials in the buildings.
• A large volume of ceramic bricks has already been delivered, and we are waiting for the next deliveries.
• We have ordered metal products for reinforcing the monolith of the 4th stage buildings, as well as concrete products (staircases, ventilation units, etc.).
• We continue to prepare the construction site.
• We continue to recruit teams of bricklayers, welders, etc. for the needs of the 4th stage.
• We are preparing to start pouring the monolith for houses No. 17 and 18 and simultaneously laying the walls, after all the necessary preparatory work on the construction site and while waiting for final calculations/approvals for structural reinforcement.
