Report from the developer on the construction works performed in Kyivskyi RC as of 17.02.2025

3 start-up complex 1+2 sections

- We have completed the installation of cement-sand screeds in the 1st and 2nd sections;

- Installation of floor electrical panels in the 1st section;

- Installation of window structures of commercial premises on the 1st floor;

- Installation of trays and laying of power cables of the 1st section to the electrical control room.

2 start-up complex 3+4+5 sections

- Completed the installation of floor slabs on the 7th floor;

- Completed the installation of monolithic floor sections of the 4th and 5th sections of the 7th floor;

- Completed work on the laying of load-bearing walls of the 8th floor of the 4th and 5th sections;

- We continue to work on the walls of the 3rd section of the 8th floor.

1 start-up complex 6+7 sections

- We have completed the arrangement of the monolithic reinforced concrete belt of the 6th section;

- Completed the installation of formwork and reinforcing cages of the monolithic reinforced concrete belt of the 7th section.
