Report from the developer on construction work completed in the Kyivskyi residential complex as of 15 October 2025

Building of the 3 launch complex, sections 1 and 2

• In section 2, interior finishing of common areas has been completed.
• Finishing of the facade of section 1 has been completed.
• The installation of parapet covers on the roofs of sections 1 and 2 has been completed;
• The installation of balcony railings in sections 1 and 2 has been completed;
• The finishing of the facade of section 2 is ongoing;
• The landscaping of the adjacent territory near sections 1 and 2 is ongoing;
• Installation of kerbs in the adjacent territory of sections 1 and 2 has begun.

Building of the 2 launch complex, sections 3, 4, 5

• Insulation of the facade of section 3 has begun;
• Installation of window and balcony structures in section 3 is being completed;
• Installation of window structures in sections 4 and 5 is ongoing;
• Installation of floors and all general construction work on the erection of walls, parapet walls and ventilation ducts in sections 3, 4 and 5 has been completed;
• Concreting of parapet walls in sections 3, 4 and 5 has been completed;
• In section 3, we are completing the masonry of interior and inter-apartment partitions:
• Work has been completed on the insulation and installation of the roof screed in sections 4 and 5;
• The roof of section 3 has been insulated, and the installation of the roof screed is continuing;
• Installation of the chimney system (air/gas) in section 3 has begun.

Building of the 2 launch complex, sections 6, 7

• Installation of floor slabs and concreting of monolithic sections in section 6 continues;
• Bricklaying of the external and internal walls of section 7 has been resumed.
