Report from the developer on the construction works performed in Novi Teremky as of 06.05.2025

Stage 3, 10th and 11th houses

• The enclosing structures of the cold passage in the 10th house have been installed.
• The enclosing structures of staircases for the 10th building have been ordered and advanced.
• Work continues on the electrical wiring and installation of water supply and heating systems in building No. 10.
• The facade and finishing works (pilasters) are underway, and the facade of building No. 10 has been painted - two teams are working on the facade and one on the roof (finishing the parapets).
• The necessary preparatory work has been completed, so starting next week, facade work will be carried out simultaneously on houses 10 and 11.
• Works on the roofing of the 3rd stage continue. The last layer of waterproofing has been laid on the stylobate.
• The installation of metal-plastic windows in the 10th house continues. On 13.05.25 we expect the final delivery of windows. Upon completion of work in the 10th house, the installation of windows in the 11th house will begin.

Stage 4:

• The analysis of the foundations and the development of structural solutions to strengthen them are being completed. The final decision is expected in the next 1-1.5 weeks.
• An agreement for the installation of a tower crane has been signed and advanced. Over the next 2 weeks, we will carry out preparatory work and install the crane.
• We are waiting for the decision on the reinforcement and installation of the tower crane to start monolithic works/laying/reinforcement in parallel.
• We continue to prepare the construction site.
• We continue to recruit teams of bricklayers, welders, etc. for the needs of Stage 4.

Stage 5-7:

• A preliminary design has been developed, but needs to be finalised. In progress.
