Report from the developer Rubicon Holding on the construction work completed in the Novi Teremky residential complex as of early March 2026.

Buildings 10-11 (3rd phase):

• Installation of lifts and laying of ceramic tiles in the MZK continues.
• Installation of the pumping station and installation of the ITP in building 11 has begun.
• We are laying engineering networks from the boiler room to the ITP – building 11.
• Installation of the cold water metering unit and storm sewer system is ongoing.
• Door installation is continuing.
• Preparatory work in the boiler room is ongoing.

Buildings 16-18 (4th phase):

• Monolithic work has resumed. We are working on the 11th floor of sections 17 and 18.
• Bricklaying has resumed on section 16 (perimeter and partitions).
• The installation of reinforced concrete structures on section 16 is ongoing.

We are moving towards our goal without slowing down!
