Report from the developer Rubicon Holding on the construction work completed in the Novi Teremky residential complex as of early February 2026.

Buildings 10-11 (3rd phase):

• We are carrying out finishing works in the common areas:

• laying tiles;

• plastering walls;

• The installation of doors in each apartment is ongoing.
• We are continuing to install lifts.
• The process of bricklaying walls is ongoing.

Buildings of stage 4

• Two truckloads of reinforced concrete products received
• Staircases installed from the 2nd to the 13th floors of building 16

We are continuing to build without stopping!
