Report from the developer Rubicon Holding on the construction work completed in the Novi Teremky residential complex as of early December 2025.

Phase 3

• Elevator equipment for 10-11 buildings has been delivered.
• All necessary preparatory work has been completed. Installation has begun.
• Plastering of the walls of the 11th building has been completed on floors 2-12.
• Plastering of the walls of the 10th building has been completed on floors 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, and 16.
• The screed has been completed on buildings 11-10.
• Work is underway to connect the buildings of the 3rd stage to the centralised water supply and sewerage networks.
• Work is underway to connect the boiler room of building 11 to the gas supply networks. Earthworks and pipe installation on the facade have been completed. Equipment for gas connection (cabinet gas control point) has been delivered.
• The technological niches of buildings 10-11 are being bricked up.
• Facade work is being completed.

Phase 4

• A positive conclusion has been received from the expert review of the project documentation, and permits for buildings 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17+ have been obtained/updated.
• Monolithic work continues on building 16.
• Work on reinforcing the 18th floor slab is being completed.
• Formwork kits for buildings 17-18 have been delivered. Work has begun. The first elements have already been poured.
• Equipment for heating concrete has been purchased and delivered.

5 – 7 phase

• A positive conclusion of the design documentation examination has been received, and permits have been obtained to start/conduct construction work on building 17/2.
• In order to undergo expert review and obtain permits for construction work, designers developed stage ‘P’ (Project) documentation. As of now, designers are preparing working documentation to begin work on building No. 17/2 - stage ‘W’.
