Report from the developer on construction work completed in September in the Novi Teremky residential complex as of September 2025.

Buildings of the 3rd stage:

• Installation of walls for service rooms on the ground floor of building 10 is underway;
• Preparatory work for the installation of lifts in buildings 10 and 11 has been completed: correction of shaft geometry, installation of power cable.
• Installation of the main electrical panel in building 10 has been completed, work is continuing in building 11.
• Plastering of the walls of the common areas on the 2nd floor of building 11 has been completed, work is continuing on the 3rd floor;
• Pipe and cable routing to apartments in buildings 10 and 11 has been completed;
• Metal decorative facade elements for building 10 have been manufactured and partially delivered to the construction site.
• Railings for building 10 have been manufactured.
• Issues regarding communications/layout and connection diagrams have been resolved.

Buildings of the 4th stage:

• 110 ventilation units have been installed in buildings 17-18.
• In building 16, the 13th and 14th floors have been installed and formwork and reinforcement have been installed on the 15th floor slab.
• Projects for buildings in phase 4 have been sent for review, taking into account new building codes, structural reinforcement and increased number of floors.
• A positive expert report has been received for building No. 12. We are submitting documents to obtain a permit to start construction of building 12.

Buildings of the 5-7th stage:

• The project for the first building in this phase is currently under review.
