Report from the developer on construction work completed in the Novi Teremky residential complex in July 2025.

Third phase – buildings No. 10-11:

• Roofing work completed;
• 90% of windows installed;
• Work on insulating the buildings is continuing;
• Work on finishing the common areas is continuing;
• Work on connecting utilities to the apartments (electricity, heating, water supply) is continuing.

Fourth phase – buildings No. 12-18:

• Installation of reinforced concrete structures (staircases, ventilation units) has begun;
• Bricklaying of walls has begun;
• Work on the construction of monolithic frames for the upper floors has begun.
