Construction progress in the Novi Teremky residential complex
Report from the developer on the construction works performed in Novi Teremky as of June 2025.
Stage 3:
Installation of partition walls in building 10 is in progress.
Electrical installation works are underway in building 10, 3 floors remain.
Plumbing works are underway in house No. 10, 4 floors remain.
We continue to perform facade works on houses 10 and 11.
The roofing of the 10th house has been completed, and works on the 11th house are in progress.
Screed installation works on the 10th building are nearing completion, with 4 floors remaining.
Plastering works are underway at the 10th building.
All the windows at the 10th building have been installed, and materials for the revision of the windows installed by the previous developer have been delivered.
Works are underway to lay fibre-optic cable (Internet) in the houses of the 3rd stage.
A contract was signed for the supply and installation of lifts in buildings 10 and 11.
Stage 4:
The report on the inspection of the load-bearing structures of the buildings of the 4th stage was received, and the development of a model of measures to strengthen the structures is underway.
A set of formwork for monolithic works was ordered and paid for;
Concrete products for houses 14, 15, 16 have been ordered and paid for.
Bricks have been delivered and partially distributed on the floors of buildings 14-16.
