3PK, sections 1 and 2

Internal work:

• Internal finishing work in section 1 has been completed.
• Finishing works in section 2 are ongoing.

Electrical works:

• Installation of floor electrical panels in section 2 has been completed.
• Installation of apartment electricity meters in both sections has begun.

Engineering systems:

• Installation and commissioning of the pumping station has been completed.
• Testing of the water supply system in both sections has been carried out.

Facade work and landscaping: ​

• Finishing work on the facade is ongoing.
• Waterproofing of balconies has been completed.
• Work on the gas supply system in section 2 is ongoing.
• Preparatory work for landscaping the surrounding area has begun.

2PK, sections 3, 4 and 5

Monolithic frame and masonry work:

• Final work on the masonry of the load-bearing walls of the 9th floor is ongoing.
• Installation of floor slabs on the 9th floor in sections 4 and 5 has begun.
• Work is underway on the construction of monolithic sections of the 9th floor in section 3.
• The construction of monolithic sections in sections 4 and 5 has been completed.
• The masonry of interior and inter-apartment partitions in section 3 is ongoing.
• The construction of ventilation ducts and parapet walls of the roof of section 5 has begun.

Roofing works:

• Preparatory works for the construction of the roof in sections 4 and 5 are underway.

Monolithic works:

• Work is underway on the construction of monolithic sections of the 3rd floor ceiling in section 7.
