Report from the developer Rubicon Holding on the construction work completed in the Kyivskyi residential complex as of 16.09.2025

Building 3PK, sections 1 and 2.

• Interior finishing works are continuing in the second section.
• Apartment meters are being installed in sections 1 and 2.
• Lighting installation is also continuing in section 1.
• Facade work and landscaping:
• Finishing work on the facade is continuing. Work is also continuing on the installation of the gas supply system in section 2.
• The construction fence near sections 1 and 2 has been moved and installed.
• Work is continuing on the landscaping of the area near sections 1 and 2.

Building 2PK, sections 3, 4, 5.

• In sections 3, 4, and 5, work on the installation of floor slabs and the arrangement of monolithic sections has been completed.
• In section 3, work continues on the bricklaying of interior and inter-apartment partitions.
• In sections 3, 4, and 5, the masonry of the roof parapet walls has been completed.
• In sections 3 and 4, work continues on the masonry of ventilation ducts and the concreting of elevator shaft coverings.
• Work continues on the installation of window structures in section 3.
