Report from the developer Rubicon Holding on the construction work completed in the Kyivskyi residential complex as of 17 November 2025.

Building 3PK, sections 1, 2

• In section 2, the installation of lighting in common areas (MZK) is being completed.
• Work has begun on the manufacture of metal structures for covering the entrance groups to the basement rooms of sections 1 and 2.
• Work is continuing on the facade of section 2.
• Work continues on the improvement of the adjacent territory near sections 1 and 2.

Building 2PK, sections 3, 4, 5

• The installation of window structures in section 5 is ongoing;
• The installation of concrete roof screeds in sections 3, 4 and 5 has been completed;
• Work has been completed on insulating the roof in sections 3, 4 and 5;
• Work is underway on installing the perimeter roof of sections 3, 4 and 5.
• Installation of the chimney system (air/gas) has begun in section 3;
• Work is continuing on the construction of internal partitions in section 4.
• Preparatory work has begun on the dismantling of the tower crane.

Building 1PK, sections 6 and 7

• Concreting of the monolithic sections of sections 6 and 7 has been completed.
• We are continuing to build the external and internal walls of section 7.
