Report from the developer on the completed construction works in Kyivskyi residential complex as of 15.05.2025

3LC 1+2 sections

• We continue to work on the arrangement of the internal gas supply system in the second section.
• Ceramic tiles are being laid in the common areas of the entrance groups of the first and second sections.
• We continue interior finishing works in the first and second sections.
• We have completed the installation of apartment water meters.
• We have completed the installation of plumbing inspection hatches in the first section and are continuing to install them in the second section.
• We are also working on the facade.

2LC 3+4+5 sections

• Installation of floor slabs on the eighth floor has begun.
• We are manufacturing reinforcing cages and installing formwork for monolithic floor sections.
• Concreting and installation of monolithic reinforced concrete balconies in section 5 has been completed.

1LC 6+7 sections

• Installation of floor slabs on the second floor of the 6th and 7th sections has been completed.
• We are completing the laying of load-bearing walls on the 3rd floor of the sixth and seventh sections.
• Installation of staircases and landings on the 3rd floor of the sixth and seventh sections.
