Report on the construction progress at the Kovalivskyi residential complex as of early March 2026.

Despite challenging weather conditions, last month was a productive period. We ensured uninterrupted supply of materials and focused on interior work in section 5.

The process of building internal walls and partitions is ongoing:

• Floors 1–7 – work is 100% complete.
• Floor 8 – 55% of the total volume has been completed.
• Floor 9 – 65% complete.
• Floor 10 – 30% complete.

We received and unloaded another batch of building materials needed to maintain the pace of work.

We promptly cleared the snow to ensure unhindered access for equipment and safe working conditions for our craftsmen.
