We would like to share the latest information on the work completed and the current status of the project.
- Round-the-clock security has been organised at the construction site.
- The process of taking over and transferring the project documentation from the previous developer is ongoing.
- Work is continuing on connecting the site to utility networks. The electricity supply has already been connected.
- Preparatory work has begun on site: the area is being cleared and construction waste removed.
- Work is underway to restore the construction site fencing.
- The supply of building materials to the site is continuing. During June, six lorries carrying bricks and building blocks were delivered to the site.
- Measurements of the lift shafts have been taken. We are awaiting commercial quotations from three lift equipment manufacturers, after which an internal tender will be held to select the optimal solution.
- Measurements of the window openings have been taken. We are currently awaiting commercial quotations from manufacturers and preparing to hold an internal tender.
- Our specialists are carrying out a comprehensive survey of the structures and the site, analysing the design documentation received and verifying all design solutions.
- Surveying work has been carried out on site to refine the actual construction parameters.
- Negotiations are ongoing with subcontractors regarding the performance of further construction and installation works.
