Report from the developer on the progress of work at the ‘Petrivskyi Kvartal’ residential complex construction site as at mid-September 2026.

Construction teams have already arrived on site:

• plumbers;
• bricklayers;
• roofers.

The technical water supply has been connected to each block.

The following materials have already been delivered to the construction site:

• approximately 500 m³ of polystyrene foam;
• mineral wool;
• dry-mix building materials;
• windows;
• sewage pipes.

We are commencing the next phase of works

Building LU 24-B:

• installation of sewage pipes in the flats;
• construction and fitting of chimneys, required for subsequent roofing works.

Building LU 24-B:

• window installation is commencing.

Work on the site is gathering pace. As the scope of work expands, additional teams will be brought in and the next stages of construction will be launched.
