Report from the developer on the progress of construction work at the ‘Petrivskyi Kvartal’ residential complex for July 2026.

In July, the main focus was on preparing for the scaling up of construction work, selecting contractors and ensuring the site was supplied with the necessary materials.

During the reporting period, the following work was carried out:

• Tenders were held for windows and lift equipment;
• Contracts were signed for the supply of key building materials;
• Teams of bricklayers, roofers, electricians and plumbers were formed and staffed;
• The necessary permits for carrying out the construction work were ordered and paid for;
• The assessment of the buildings, required for the further expansion of the scope of work, is ongoing.

At the current stage, work has been approved for buildings No. 24-B and No. 24-V. It is on these sites that construction activity will initially be concentrated.

July has therefore been a crucial month of preparation: teams have been formed, key materials have been contracted, and the necessary organisational work has been carried out to move into a more active phase of construction.
