Report from the developer, Rubicon Holding, on the work completed at the ‘Parkovy Kvartal’ residential complex as at August 2026.

Building 7:

• work on the foundation has been completed;
• work is ongoing on the installation of FBS foundation blocks;
• work is being carried out on the waterproofing of the external part of the foundation.

Building 6:

• we are carrying out the concreting of monolithic sections and the 4th-floor balconies;
• the installation of reinforcement cages and formwork for the monolithic sections and the 4th-floor balconies is ongoing;
• bricklaying of the 5th-floor walls is continuing.

Building 5:

• facade work has been completed;
• work is underway on landscaping the surrounding area;
• the installation of utilities in the basement (K1, K2 and air conditioning units) has been completed;
• water meters have been installed in the entrance halls;
• the installation of window flashings has been completed;
• we are continuing to process the necessary permits for connecting the building to the external water supply, sewerage and electricity networks.
