Report from the developer on construction work completed at the ‘Novi Teremky’ residential complex as at early September 2026.

Phase 3

• Work is continuing on the landscaping of the surrounding area;
• Work has been completed in the heat distribution unit, pump rooms and boiler room;
• Waterproofing of the basement has been carried out;
• All works are in their final stages.

Phase 4

• Concrete works are ongoing – three floors were poured during the reporting period;
• In Section 17, the columns for the 18th floor have been installed;
• In Section 18, the bottom slab of the 18th floor has been installed.
• The installation of ventilation units and staircases is ongoing;
• We are continuing to lay brickwork for the walls and partition walls in Sections 15, 16, 17 and 18.
