Report from the developer, Rubicon Holding, on the construction work completed at the ‘Novi Teremky’ residential complex as of early June 2026.

Phase 3

• Installation of the boiler room has been completed; commissioning works are underway;
• Pumping stations for buildings 10 and 11 have been installed;
• Installation of the individual heating units is ongoing – 40% complete;
• We are continuing to install electricity, heating and water meters in each flat;
• Painting of walls and ceilings in the common areas of buildings 10 and 11 up to and including the 6th floor has been completed;
• Installation of the fire protection system is nearing completion;
• Building 10 has been connected to the centralised drainage system. Work is underway to connect building 11;
• Installation of lighting fixtures in the common areas of buildings 10 and 11 is ongoing;
• In building 10, windows have been fitted where the lift was removed, and façade work is underway.
• Decorative grilles have been installed in the cold passageways of building 11;
• Ceramic tiles are being laid in the cold passageways of building 10;
• In building 11, lift installation has been completed; only the decorative trim remains. Work is continuing in building 10.

Phase 4

• Concrete works are ongoing on the 15th floor in sections 17 and 18;
• We are installing walls and partitions on the 4th, 5th, 7th, 9th, 11th, 13th and 14th floors in Section 16;
• Crane installation has begun in Sections 12–14.

Phases 5–7

• Clearing of the construction site has begun;
• We are carrying out preparatory work for earthworks.
