Report from the developer on construction work completed at the ‘Novi Teremky’ residential complex as of early May 2026.

Phase 3 (Buildings 10–11)

• Lift installation is continuing;
• The laying of ceramic tiles in the communal areas is nearing completion;
• Installation of the pumping station and individual heating substation in Building 11 is ongoing;
• Work continues on the installation of the storm drainage system and the boiler room;
• Installation of the fire alarm system is ongoing;
• Door installation is nearing completion.

Phase 4

• Concrete works are ongoing on the 15th floor in sections 17–18;
• Bricklaying continues on section 16.
