Report from the developer on the construction work completed at the ‘Kyivskyi’ residential complex as at mid-September this year.

Phase 2, sections 3, 4 and 5

• We are finalising the installation of the final layer of roof waterproofing;
• We have completed the bricklaying of internal partition walls between rooms and flats in Sections 3 and 4;
• We are finalising the bricklaying of partition walls in Section 5;
• We are continuing work on the insulation and cladding of the building’s façade;
• We have completed the installation of the external domestic sewage system K1;
• We have completed the installation of the water supply risers for sections 3, 4 and 5.
• We have commenced work on installing the risers for the building’s internal drainage system;
• We have completed the installation of the stormwater drainage risers K2;
• We have completed the concreting of the entrance staircase to the basement of Section 3.

Phase 1, sections 6+7

• We are finalising the bricklaying of the external and internal walls on the 6th floor of Section 7;
• We have commenced work on the installation of floor slabs on the 6th floor of Section 7;
• We are carrying out the concreting of the monolithic sections of the floor slab on the 6th floor of Section 7;
• We are continuing the bricklaying of the external and internal walls on the 6th floor of Section 6;
• We have commenced work on the installation of the external domestic sewage system K1 and the external stormwater drainage system K2.
