Report from the developer on construction work completed at the ‘Kyivskyi’ residential complex as at 15 July 2026.

3PC, Sections 1+2

• Work on landscaping the area around the buildings has been completed;
• Street lighting has been installed;
• Lift equipment has been installed in the first and second sections.
• We have received the certificate of readiness for the building to be put into operation.

2PC Sections 3, 4 and 5

• We are continuing work on the insulation and cladding of the façade;
• We are carrying out work on the waterproofing of the building’s roof;
• We are continuing work on the bricklaying of internal partition walls between rooms and flats;
• We are completing work on the installation of the flue system.

1PC, Sections 6 and 7

• We have completed the installation of the monolithic reinforced concrete ring beam on the 5th floor of Sections 6 and 7;
• We have completed the bricklaying of the external and internal walls on the 5th floor of Section 6;
• We are finalising the installation of floor slabs on the 4th floor of Section 6;
• We are carrying out bricklaying work on the external and internal walls of the 6th floor of Section 7.
