Developer’s report on construction work completed at the ‘Kyivskyi’ residential complex as of 18 April 2026

3PK Sections 1 and 2

• The installation of the internal gas supply system and gas meters throughout the building has been completed.
• Work has been carried out to install individual gas boilers in sections 1 and 2.
• The installation of doors in the storage rooms has been completed.
• We are currently working on the landscaping of the surrounding area.
• Work has begun on the installation of lift equipment in Section 1.
• We are completing the facade work on the parapet walls of the roof and the chimneys.

2PC Sections 3, 4 and 5

• We are continuing work on the facade of Sections 3 and 4.
• The installation of metal-plastic door and window frames is 90% complete.
• We are continuing the installation of metal-plastic door and window frames in the commercial premises.
• We are continuing work on the bricklaying of internal partition walls between rooms and flats.

1PC Sections 6 and 7

• We have completed the installation of floor slabs on the 4th floor of Sections 6 and 7.
• We have carried out concrete works on the monolithic sections of the floor and balconies on the 4th floor of Sections 6 and 7.
• We have completed the bricklaying of the external and internal load-bearing walls on the 5th floor of Section 7.
• We are continuing the bricklaying of the external and internal walls on the 5th floor of Section 6.
• We are carrying out concrete works on the monolithic reinforced concrete ring beam on the 5th floor of Section 7.
