Progress report on construction work at the ‘Kovalivskyi’ residential complex as at the beginning of September 2026.
The following work has been completed on the 3rd floor of Section 6:
- brickwork for external and internal walls;
- brickwork for the bathroom partitions on the 2nd and 3rd floors;
- anti-corrosion protection of the masonry mesh;
- construction of monolithic sections;
- installation of floor slabs and two stairwell slabs;
- installation of the landing.
In Section 5 (on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 10th and technical floors), the following work has been completed:
- construction of internal partitions from aerated concrete blocks and tongue-and-groove blocks on the balconies (2nd, 3rd and 4th floors);
- bricklaying of the technical floor walls and lift shaft walls;
- construction of monolithic sections and concreting of monolithic beams on the technical floor;
- installation of floor slabs on the technical floor;
- preparation of the 10th-floor slab surface for the screed;
- insulation of the 10th-floor slab with mineral wool and expanded polystyrene;
- laying of a cement screed on the ground floor and on the 10th-floor slab;
- cleaning of ventilation ducts.
