Progress report on construction work at the ‘Kovalivskyi’ residential complex as at early July 2026.

On the 3rd floor of Section 6, the following work has been completed:

• brickwork on the external walls;
• installation of floor slabs;
• reinforcement of monolithic sections and the monolithic ring beam;
• installation of lintels;
• fabrication and installation of reinforcement cages.

On the 10th floor of Section 5, the following work has been completed:

• bricklaying of walls, parapets and ventilation ducts;
• brick cladding of external parapet walls;
• preparation of corridor and stairwell walls for plastering;
• plastering of corridor and stairwell walls;
• installation of window frames.

The following work is also ongoing in Section 5:

• installation of electrical, water supply and drainage systems;
• pressure testing of water supply systems;
• drilling of service holes for utility services;
• laying of the cement screed;
• fabrication of embedded parts;
• anti-corrosion protection of masonry mesh.

Construction work was carried out in accordance with the approved production schedule and in compliance with technical requirements. Work on the site is proceeding in line with the construction schedule.
