Progress report on construction work at the ‘Kovalivskyi’ residential complex as of early June 2026.

Work is currently in full swing, and we are actively delivering all the necessary building materials to the site. Here is what has already been completed and is currently underway:

Section 5

• The brickwork for the internal walls and ventilation ducts on the 10th floor has been completed.
• Brickwork on the roof parapets is continuing.
• The balconies have been clad with brick.
• The floor slabs have been anchored.
• Metal balcony railings and window frames have been installed.
• Partitions have been installed, joints sealed, and the floors cleared of construction debris.
• The drainage systems have been installed.
• Openings for the installation of utility services have been created.
• Installation of internal water supply networks is underway.
• Installation of electrical supply networks has begun.

Section 6

• Bricklaying of walls on the 3rd floor is continuing.
• Installation of balcony slabs and lintels is ongoing.
