Section 5

• The monolithic ring beam at the 10th-floor level has been partially completed, and formwork installation is ongoing. The parapet walls are being built.
• The balconies are already taking shape — approximately 80% of the railings have been welded.
• In parallel, work is continuing on drainage and the installation of storm sewers.

Section 6

• The erection of the 3rd-floor walls is continuing.

Construction work is proceeding according to schedule, thanks to the timely supply of the necessary materials for further construction.
