Section 5

• Formwork installation and fabrication of metal frames have been completed;
• Reinforcement of reinforced concrete beams and fabrication of bent reinforcement elements have been completed;
• Masonry work is ongoing (red, silicate, and ceramic bricks, aerated concrete blocks);
• Work on the construction of red-brick ventilation ducts is ongoing;
• Welding of balcony railings has been completed.
• Anchoring elements and balcony railing posts have been fabricated.
• 80% of the balcony railing installation has been completed.

Section 6

• Installation of floor slabs is continuing;
• Slab anchoring has been completed;
• Work is ongoing on the construction of the third-floor exterior and interior walls using silicate brick;
• Slinging work and material hoisting to the floors have been completed;
• Auxiliary workers have been brought in to ensure a continuous workflow;
• Installation work on drainage and storm sewer systems has been carried out.

Construction work is proceeding according to schedule, thanks to the timely supply of the necessary materials for further construction.
