Progress report on construction work at the ‘Kovalivskyi’ residential complex as of early April 2026

Section 5

• The installation of partitions and load-bearing walls, including internal partitions, has been completed up to and including the 10th floor;
• Work on the balconies is ongoing.

Work has resumed in Section 6

• The installation of floor slabs on the 2nd floor is nearing completion:
• The erection of load-bearing walls is ongoing.

The necessary quantity of building materials has been received to ensure the construction process continues uninterrupted.
